Felipe De Jesus Cortes Guzman: Real Estate Support Team Member
Felipe was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on September 18, 1992, and is the oldest of four brothers. Most of his life was spent among the mountains of the enchanting Pueblo Mágico (Magic Town) of Talpa de Allende, Jalisco, where he learned at a young age how to roll guava fruit to make candy.
After high school, he decided to continue his studies at college in Business Administration in Puerto Vallarta, and at the same time took on some part-time work at the airport cleaning aircrafts and working in security. Eventually he started a job at Starbucks Coffee Company and finished his Bachelor’s degree in 2015, completing a lifelong goal.
After a few years of working at Starbucks, a chance encounter with realtor David Hoffman led Felipe to begin a completely new career path working for Tropicasa Realty in 2017. He has been working for Tropicasa on Hoffman’s team for over 5 years and can’t imagine working anywhere else.
Felipe now speaks both Spanish and English for his position at Tropicasa and learns something new each day. His favorite part about his job is speaking with clients and his coworkers every day. He enjoys giving tours, doing showings, and helping clients find the home of their dreams in paradise.
Felipe is proud to work for such a well-known and experienced agency like Tropicasa Realty, and he is excited to continue learning as he grows his career for many more years to come.
